Guarantee certificate:
The receipt is valid as a guarantee certificate.

Exchange and return - This applies in order for us to exchange or return a product. 

• The product is unused

• The original packaging is undamaged (oils and chemicals that dont have seals can not be exchanged/returned). 

• Receipt is shown

• The exchange/return takes place within 30 day from the date of purchase.

• Exchange /return can only be made in the country the item is purchased.

Consult the service desk in your warehouse and we will help you. Remember to bring the recipt. 

In order for us to be able to offer quality products at the lowest price, we buy directly from manufacturers worldwide. Delivery times can sometimes be long, even though we do all we can to get all the products on time, it is difficult to judge the demand and anticipate delayed deliveries, and this can at time mean that we do not have the item. This means that a product may be temporarily out of stock/ sold out.

We have reservations about any errors in texts, pictures and prices. This applies to our website, catalogue and in our advertising and marketing material. We have the right to correct any such errors, change or update the information on the website and to make product changes and improvements on an ongoing basis.
