Use and care
- The knives are extremely sharp and must be handled carefully.
- Store the knives out of reach of children and protect the blades.
- Use wooden or plastic cutting boards to avoid damaging the blades.
- Sharpen the blades regularly.
- The knives must be hand-washed to prevent damaging the blades.
- Use warm water and dish-washing liquid and wipe the knives dry.
- Never use abrasive detergent, steel wool or the like.
